1. Postal Mail Delivery: When you receive your course materials, review the Welcome or Getting Started letter and instructional materials first. This information provides instructions on how to proceed. If you have questions, contact your instructor using the information on the contact card provided. Otherwise, begin the course and send in your first assignment.
Online Delivery: Be sure to list your email address correctly on the application form. Within two business days you will receive an email welcome letter that includes a link to access the course. Follow the instruction in the letter to access the course. Familiarize yourself with the online course features and navigation. Begin your studies and submit your first assignment.
2. Your instructor will promptly grade and return the assignment to you with feedback. Please submit only one assignment at a time to your instructor for grading and comments. You must obtain your instructor's permission if you wish to send more than one assignment at a time.
3. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Certificate of Achievement. This certificate and a course evaluation questionnaire will be mailed to you to be completed and returned to the school. At the completion of an online course, an online evaluation is provided 72 hours after the instructor posts the final grade. Logging back into the course will take you directly to this evaluation. (If the time has expired for you to access the form contact Student Services to request that a copy of the form be sent to you. Also note that a paper copy of the course evaluation will automatically be enclosed with your "Certificate of Achievement." Be sure to only submit one evaluation per course.)
