Course Description
This course describes several ways to use raised markers and encourages you to create new uses for them. Throughout the course, you will use raised markers to label appliances, personal items that you use to support your lifestyle, toiletries and cosmetics, clothing and accessories, medication and ointments, as well as food items.

Course Materials Include
After completing the course, you may keep the following materials, which are supplied with the course:

  1. an envelope with different kinds of adhesive raised markers;
  2. samples of marked hanger labels and a marked medicine bottle;
  3. 3” x 5” pre-punched cards;
  4. Printed script of the audiotapes (available on request)

Objectives and Content

After completing Lesson 1, you will be able to devise a marking system for the controls on your appliances.

After completing Lesson 2, you will be able to devise a marking system for personal items.

After completing Lesson 3, you will be able to devise a marking system to identify toiletries, cosmetics, and medications.

After completing Lesson 4, you will be able to devise a marking system for identifying clothing and accessories.

After completing Lesson 5, you will be able to devise a marking system to identify food items by category.
